INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla tastes great!)
- 10 drops Stevia (or 2 dates)
- 1 tsp/ vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger or allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Topping ideas: dollop plain Greek yogurt, 2 Tbls chopped walnuts or pecans or pumpkin seeds, 1 Tbls unsweetened coconut, ¼ cup chopped banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk all ingredients together, pour into a jar and let sit overnight.
- Add toppings to enjoy!
