Ingredients
- 4oz feta cheese in block form, cut into cubes
- 1/2 of a watermelon, cubed into large squares
- mint leaves
- balsamic reduction
- skewers
Directions
- Assemble the skewers by stacking a mint leaf in between a cube of feta and a cube of watermelon.
- Place all skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
