  • 4oz feta cheese in block form, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 of a watermelon, cubed into large squares
  • mint leaves
  • balsamic reduction
  • skewers


  1. Assemble the skewers by stacking a mint leaf in between a cube of feta and a cube of watermelon.
  2. Place all skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
