Ingredients
- 4 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. date syrup
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion power
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- Optional to create more of a creamy sauce: 1/4 cup tahini
Directions
- Whisk. Whisk all ingredients in a jar and chill for up to 6 days. Prepare with or without the tahini addition, but know that the tahini will thicken it so take out of refrigerator before ready to use to come to room temp.
Notes
- Ideas for Use: on any salad (especially hearty winter salads), on roasted squash, on roasted cauliflower, mixed with cooked grains, mix with noodles and a protein for a quick and tasty meal, use the tahini version as a dip for any roasted veggie
