Ingredients

  • 4 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. date syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion power
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Optional to create more of a creamy sauce: 1/4 cup tahini

Directions

  1. Whisk. Whisk all ingredients in a jar and chill for up to 6 days. Prepare with or without the tahini addition, but know that the tahini will thicken it so take out of refrigerator before ready to use to come to room temp.

Notes

  1. Ideas for Use: on any salad (especially hearty winter salads), on roasted squash, on roasted cauliflower, mixed with cooked grains, mix with noodles and a protein for a quick and tasty meal, use the tahini version as a dip for any roasted veggie
