Ingredients

  • 1 lb. strawberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbls. date syrup or raw honey
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbls. basil

Directions

  1. Blend. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until liquified.
  2. Freeze. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 1 hour.
