Ingredients
- 3 Tbls. favorite protein powder
- 2 Tbls. unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 – 1.5 Tbls. liquid sweetener
- 1 Tbls. water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/16 tsp. baking soda
- 1/16 tsp. sea salt
- handful mixins: chocolate chips, nuts, coconut flakes, etc. Optional sea salt
Directions
- Preheat. Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix & Bake. Mix all ingredients together. Place onto a lined baking sheet and form into desired cookie shape and size. Bake 7-8 minutes.
- Cool. Let sit a few minutes to cool and firm up. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired before enjoying.
Notes
- Amount of sweetener will depend on level of sweetness of your protein powder.
- Feel free to play with protein powder flavors and mixins. Also feel free to make 2 smaller cookies instead of this one large one.
