Ingredients

  • 3 Tbls. favorite protein powder
  • 2 Tbls. unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 – 1.5 Tbls. liquid sweetener
  • 1 Tbls. water
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/16 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/16 tsp. sea salt
  • handful mixins: chocolate chips, nuts, coconut flakes, etc. Optional sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix & Bake. Mix all ingredients together. Place onto a lined baking sheet and form into desired cookie shape and size. Bake 7-8 minutes.
  3. Cool. Let sit a few minutes to cool and firm up. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired before enjoying.

Notes

  • Amount of sweetener will depend on level of sweetness of your protein powder.
  • Feel free to play with protein powder flavors and mixins. Also feel free to make 2 smaller cookies instead of this one large one.
