Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • to serve: mint leaves, berries, cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smoothe. If too thick, add more coconut milk in 1 Tbls portions until consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve with desired toppings.
