INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 2 Tbls. pumpkin puree
- 3 drops vanilla Stevia (or 1 Tbls. coconut nectar)
- ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat all ingredients in a saucepan, pour into a mug and use an electric frother to serve. Alternatively blend all ingredients in a blender and re-heat in the microwave. (Always use caution when blending hot liquids as it can cause the lif to pop off.)
NOTE: You can easily turn this into a Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte by swapping steeped chai tea instead of the brewed coffee.
