Serves 8-10 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, sliced into round coins
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (or other favorite nut or seed butter)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • flakey sea salt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Assemble. Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Make sure the baking sheet or plate will fit in your freezer.
  2. Prepare. Lay banana slices onto parchment paper in an even layer, making sure they all touch (you can even squish them together a little).
  3. Mix. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, peanut butter & cinnamon. Spread mixture evenly over the bananas.
  4. Sprinkle. Sprinkle chocolate chips (if using) and sea salt over the top.
  5. Freeze. Freeze for at least an hour. When ready to eat, break into pieces of any size or shape and enjoy!

Notes

  1. This doubles or triples easily for more servings.
  2. You can swap out bananas for slices of many other types of fruits.
