Serves 8-10 servings
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, sliced into round coins
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (or other favorite nut or seed butter)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- flakey sea salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Assemble. Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Make sure the baking sheet or plate will fit in your freezer.
- Prepare. Lay banana slices onto parchment paper in an even layer, making sure they all touch (you can even squish them together a little).
- Mix. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, peanut butter & cinnamon. Spread mixture evenly over the bananas.
- Sprinkle. Sprinkle chocolate chips (if using) and sea salt over the top.
- Freeze. Freeze for at least an hour. When ready to eat, break into pieces of any size or shape and enjoy!
Notes
- This doubles or triples easily for more servings.
- You can swap out bananas for slices of many other types of fruits.
