Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (we love macadamia nut milk for its healthy, creamy fat!)
  • 1/2 tsp.  ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. date syrup or raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine & Heat. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low, not boiling. Whisk consistently until everything is well blended and steamy.
  2. Froth & Serve. Use a hand-held frother to create a foamy mixture and pour into a mug. Sprinkle with more cinnamon or nutmeg for fun.

Notes

  1. You can also double or triple this recipe and let cool, then freeze in cubes for instant heat & drink lattes on another day!
