Ingredients

  • 1 box favorite graham crackers
  • 1/2 container True Whip (or other pre-whipped cream)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Prep the whip. Thaw whipped cream and stir with protein powder. Mix well.
  2. Melt. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between.
  3. Layer. Line a freezer-friendly dish with parchment paper. Layer first graham crackers, then whip, then melted chocolate, then another layer grahams.
  4. Freeze. Place in freezer for at least an hour. Let soften just a couple of minutes before cutting into chunks and enjoying.

  • We used True Whip brand, Just Ingredients French Vanilla Protein Powder, Enjoy Life chocolate chips, and Simple Mills mini grahams.
