Ingredients
- Smoothie:
- 1 scoop favorite unsweetened chocolate protein powder
- 3/4 cup favorite unsweetened milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 Tbls. ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Bowl:
- 2 Tbls. chia seeds
- 6 raspberries
- Other topping ideas: cacao nibs, hemp seeds, walnuts, coconut cream, mint leaves
Directions
- Blend. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Mix. Pour smoothie into a jar and stir in chia seeds, stirring every couple of minutes until the chia seeds no longer sink. Lid the jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy. Top with raspberries and any other desired toppings to serve.
Notes
- Recipe is just as delicious with vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate if that is what you have.
