Ingredients

  • Smoothie:
  • 1 scoop favorite unsweetened chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup favorite unsweetened milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 Tbls. ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Bowl:
  • 2 Tbls. chia seeds
  • 6 raspberries
  • Other topping ideas: cacao nibs, hemp seeds, walnuts, coconut cream, mint leaves

Directions

  1. Blend. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix. Pour smoothie into a jar and stir in chia seeds, stirring every couple of minutes until the chia seeds no longer sink. Lid the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Enjoy. Top with raspberries and any other desired toppings to serve.

Notes

  1. Recipe is just as delicious with vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate if that is what you have.
