Ingredients

  • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder (~1cup)
  • 3 Tbls. coconut flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 drops stevia
  • 2 Tbls mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Add wet to dry and stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Fill greased mini muffin tin spots 2/3 of the way. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
