Ingredients
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder (~1cup)
- 3 Tbls. coconut flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 drops stevia
- 2 Tbls mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Add wet to dry and stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill greased mini muffin tin spots 2/3 of the way. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
