Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled & pit removed
- 1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 4 Tbls. cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- 1 1/2 Tbls. chia seeds
- Optional toppings: homemade whipped cream, berries, cacao nibs, pistachios, pecans, coconut flakes
Directions
- Blend. Place all ingredients except chia in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix. Pour into a container & stir in chia seeds.
- Sit. Let sit 15-30 minutes or overnight.
- Serve with desired toppings.
