Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled & pit removed
  • 1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 4 Tbls. cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbls. chia seeds
  • Optional toppings: homemade whipped cream, berries, cacao nibs, pistachios, pecans, coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Blend. Place all ingredients except chia in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix. Pour into a container & stir in chia seeds.
  3. Sit. Let sit 15-30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Serve with desired toppings.
