Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese (low or full fat is best for this recipe)
- 1 cup favorite tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced basil
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare Bowl: In two bowl, divide cottage cheese and top with tomatoes and basil. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over top and add sea salt and pepper to serve.
