
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbls taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1-2 ripe avocados
- 1 jar favorite salsa
- butterleaf lettuce
- Optional: favorite bun
Directions
- Mix together turkey, seasonings & cilantro. Form into patties.
- Grill or pan-sear burgers in avocado oil for 4-5 min per side.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce topped with sliced or mashed avocado & salsa for a paleo & keto-style meal, or add onto a bun with the same toppings.
