Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 Tbls taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 ripe avocados
  • 1 jar favorite salsa
  • butterleaf lettuce
  • Optional: favorite bun

Directions

  1. Mix together turkey, seasonings & cilantro. Form into patties.
  2. Grill or pan-sear burgers in avocado oil for 4-5 min per side.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce topped with sliced or mashed avocado & salsa for a paleo & keto-style meal, or add onto a bun with the same toppings.
