Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbls. olive oil or ghee

Directions

  1. Prep. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Chop. Chop cauliflower into florets that are bite-sized.
  3. Toss. Combine turmeric thru olive oil in a medium bowl. Then add cauliflower florets & toss to combine, until cauliflower is evenly coated.
  4. Cook. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
