Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbls. olive oil or ghee
Directions
- Prep. Preheat oven to 400F.
- Chop. Chop cauliflower into florets that are bite-sized.
- Toss. Combine turmeric thru olive oil in a medium bowl. Then add cauliflower florets & toss to combine, until cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Cook. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
