Ingredients

  • 2 small apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 Tbls oats
  • 1 Tbls walnuts
  • 1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1.5-2 cups favorite milk (we love macadamia or coconut milk for this recipe – so creamy & indulgent!)
  • Topping: 1-2 Tbls crushed walnuts or pecans, hemp seeds or favorite keto granola

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and serve with some crunchy topping to enhance digestion.
