Ingredients
- 2 small apples, cored and chopped
- 2 Tbls oats
- 1 Tbls walnuts
- 1 scoop unsweetened protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1.5-2 cups favorite milk (we love macadamia or coconut milk for this recipe – so creamy & indulgent!)
- Topping: 1-2 Tbls crushed walnuts or pecans, hemp seeds or favorite keto granola

- Blend all ingredients together and serve with some crunchy topping to enhance digestion.
