Ingredients

  • 2 large crown broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt, garlic powder & onion powder to taste
  • olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 420F.
  2. While oven heats, add 1 cup water & trivet to Instant Pot, add broccoli florets onto trivet and pressure cook sealed for 0 minutes, allow natural release. If you do not have an Instant Pot, you can bring a pot of water to boil and add broccoli for just 1-2 minutes to blanch & soften, then remove and dry.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then sprinkle the cheese evenly across the baking sheet. Lay broccoli florets all over the cheese and use either a large fork, or preferably the flat bottom of a cup to smash the broccoli flat. Sprinkle with seasonings and spray with oil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until broccoli and cheese are both crispy.
