Serves: as many as you want to make!
Ingredients
- Celery sticks
- Cottage cheese (we prefer a cultured brand for probiotics such as Nancy’s or Good Culture)
- Everything But the Bagel seasoning (any brand)
Directions
- Spread cottage cheese into each celery stick (about 1 Tbls. per 1 inch slice).
- Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and enjoy!
Notes
- You can easily swap out the cottage cheese for plain Greek yogurt or cream cheese if you don’t like curds. Hummus would be yummy too, but lower in protein.
- If packing this for a lunch to-go, pack the cottage cheese in a separate container and stir in the seasoning so it’s easy to assemble when ready to eat and not a mess in your lunch box.
