Serves: as many as you want to make!

Ingredients

  • Celery sticks
  • Cottage cheese (we prefer a cultured brand for probiotics such as Nancy’s or Good Culture)
  • Everything But the Bagel seasoning (any brand)

Directions

  1. Spread cottage cheese into each celery stick (about 1 Tbls. per 1 inch slice).
  2. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You can easily swap out the cottage cheese for plain Greek yogurt or cream cheese if you don’t like curds. Hummus would be yummy too, but lower in protein.
  2. If packing this for a lunch to-go, pack the cottage cheese in a separate container and stir in the seasoning so it’s easy to assemble when ready to eat and not a mess in your lunch box.
