We specialize in fitness for active aging, with certifications such as Medical Fitness Specialist, Gerokinesiology, and Certified Brain Trainer.
We highly recommend starting your fitness journey with a Fitness Program Design session. Walk away from this session with an exercise routine you can follow independently to work toward your fitness goals. Maintain your goals with a renewed session every couple of months or meet more consistently in between with a personal trainer to really refine your form and progress. Personal training sessions can be booked as private sessions, duets or mini groups of 3 or 4 participants. We will match you with the best trainer in the gym, yoga suite or Pilates studio to meet your fitness goals.
