PIZZA BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbls. oat or almond flour
- 1 Tbls. tomato paste
- 1 Tbls. nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Pinch sea salt
CURRY BLISS BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbls. oat or almond flour
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch salt
GARLIC & HERB BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup oat or almond flour
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS for all balls
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.
- Wet hands and roll dough into small balls, rolling in topping if desired.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet and freeze 20 minutes to harden. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
