PIZZA BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbls. oat or almond flour
  • 1 Tbls. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbls. nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Pinch sea salt

 

CURRY BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbls. oat or almond flour
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Pinch salt

 

GARLIC & HERB BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup oat or almond flour
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS for all balls

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Wet hands and roll dough into small balls, rolling in topping if desired.
  3. Place balls on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet and freeze 20 minutes to harden. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
