Strawberry Glaze Smoothie – Wellness Version


1 cup of Almond milk or favorite milk (we like MALK Unsweetened pure almond milk)

½ cup of Strawberries

½ cup of Bananas

1 scoop of Collagen powder (we like Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Unflavored))

2 tbsp of Coconut cream

Half of an Avocado

2 Dates

1 tbsp sea moss gel: Optional for gut healing

Strawberry glaze: 

½ cup of Strawberries

2 tbsp. of Water


  1. For the strawberry glaze, add strawberries and  2 tbsp. of water into a blender and blend until thick.
  2. After the strawberry glaze is finished blending, pour into your glass.
  3. Then, add all ingredients minus the coconut cream and strawberry glaze into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. As ingredients are blending, add coconut cream onto the sides of your glass to create a swirl pattern.
  5. Pour smoothie into your glass and add favorite garnishes to enjoy (coconut flakes, strawberry leaves, etc)
