- As many eggs as you like
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil; then reduce heat to medium-low.
- Gently lower room temperature eggs into the water and cook at a bare simmer until eggs reach desired consistency:
- 7 minutes for wet yolk
- 9 minutes for soft yolk
- 11 minutes for set yolk
- Drain and place eggs into an ice bath for 1-2 minutes.
- Refrigerate 3-5 days unpeeled.
