  • As many eggs as you like


  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil; then reduce heat to medium-low.
  2. Gently lower room temperature eggs into the water and cook at a bare simmer until eggs reach desired consistency:
    • 7 minutes for wet yolk
    • 9 minutes for soft yolk
    • 11 minutes for set yolk
  1. Drain and place eggs into an ice bath for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate 3-5 days unpeeled.
