The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics sponsors National Nutrition Month every March to create awareness around nourishing our bodies through food. This year’s theme is Beyond the Table, emphasizing the entire system of food such as sourcing, production, availability, budget, cooking & preparation methods and even our mindsets around eating. We often don’t consider all of these factors, but they are just as important to our health and well-being as the actual foods themselves! We have collected some favorite resources on topics beyond the table here for you to use, learn from and share. What topic beyond the table do you think YOU will focus on this month?
