Natasha Molla is a member of our fitness and restoration team. With her background in both yoga teaching, yoga therapy and reiki, she offers a true blend of whole-body wellness.
Tell us about your professional background.
I am an RYT 300hr Yoga Instructor and have taught a variety of Hatha & flow yoga classes. I am also a Yoga Therapist, which means I can better assist clients individually to use movement, breath and stretch to achieve functional health. Reiki is something I use during training and class sessions as an additional tool to help clients calm & center themselves.
What do you love about working at the Wellness Center?
I love helping people live their best lives. Tools & strategies to help clients move more easily and feel healthier & happier is my goal.
When you are not working, where would we find you?
Learning astrology or listening to a podcast. I also fuse glass!

I have a husband, 3 adult sons and one grandson!

Track & field, tennis, football & basketball.
