Take the challenge & be ready to MOVE!

Welcome to the National Medical Fitness Week MOVE150 Challenge! The American College of Sports Medicine encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week. 

Join the fun by completing your MOVE150 card.



  • Pick up your Move150 card at St. Jude Wellness Center starting May 1. 
  • Complete a row or column of activity challenges, writing in the date completed.
  • Exercises do not have to be completed in order, as long as the row/column is complete at the end of the week (be sure to date each box upon completion). Complete one box per day. 
  • If you are in any of our Parkinson’s Exercise Programs, rows 1 & 2 have been created specifically for you! 
  • Submit your completed Move150 card to the front desk or send a scan or a photo to by May 17.
  • Help our team fundraise!  Scan our team QR code below to raise money for Davis Phinney Foundation research and grant opportunities!

PRIZES – Participate and you can win:

  • A personal training session, or
  • A private dietitian consultation, or 
  • One free month of medical fitness!
