Serves 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or whole fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbls. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- 1 Tbls. dill
- Optional: 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber &/or onion
- Optional flavor twist: 1 tsp. Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Directions
- Mix. Mix everything together in a bowl and put it on everrrrrrything. Will keep 5 days in the fridge.
Notes
- Tzatziki is traditionally found in Greek or Mediterranean dishes, but we find it goes good with pretty much anything. Use it as a sauce on burgers or meatballs, add oomph to a salad or grilled veggies, or even use it as a veggie and cracker dip for snacking!
