Serves 4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whole fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbls. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tbls. olive oil
  • 1 Tbls. dill
  • Optional: 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber &/or onion
  • Optional flavor twist: 1 tsp. Everything but the Bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix. Mix everything together in a bowl and put it on everrrrrrything. Will keep 5 days in the fridge.

Notes

  1. Tzatziki is traditionally found in Greek or Mediterranean dishes, but we find it goes good with pretty much anything. Use it as a sauce on burgers or meatballs, add oomph to a salad or grilled veggies, or even use it as a veggie and cracker dip for snacking!
