  • 1/2 cup favorite milk or milk alternative (we used macadamia nut milk)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop plain collagen protein powder
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or kefir
  • 1 Tbls cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 Tbls chia seeds
  • Optional Topping Ideas: 1 Tbls crushed walnuts, pepitas or keto granola


  1. Whisk. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top It! Optional to serve crunchy topping & eat with a spoon for enhanced digestion & satiety.
