Ingredients
- 1/2 cup favorite milk or milk alternative (we used macadamia nut milk)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 scoop plain collagen protein powder
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or kefir
- 1 Tbls cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 Tbls chia seeds
- Optional Topping Ideas: 1 Tbls crushed walnuts, pepitas or keto granola
Directions
- Whisk. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Top It! Optional to serve crunchy topping & eat with a spoon for enhanced digestion & satiety.
