- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 Tbls lime juice
- 3 Tbls tahini
- 1 clove garlic or 1 Tbls garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbls cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Add everything other than olive oil to a food processor and blend.
- Add in olive oil and blend again until smooth.
- If too thick add more oil.
- Play with flavors with this one! Try kidney beans and lemon juice instead of black beans and lime. Or cannellini beans, parsley & basil!
