Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 2 Tbls lime juice
  • 3 Tbls tahini
  • 1 clove garlic or 1 Tbls garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 Tbls cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Add everything other than olive oil to a food processor and blend.
  2. Add in olive oil and blend again until smooth.
  3. If too thick add more oil.
  • Play with flavors with this one! Try kidney beans and lemon juice instead of black beans and lime. Or cannellini beans, parsley & basil!
