Serves 6


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 small bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup favorite milk or milk alternative
  • 2 servings favorite protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tbls. cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3-4 Tbls. date syrup
  • pinch sea salt
  • mini chocolate chips for topping
  • Optional toppings: homemade whipped cream, plain yogurt, unsweetened coconut flakes, berries


  1. Preheat. Set oven to 350F.
  2. In a blender, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Alternatively, can whisk by hand for a slightly more chewy texture.
  3. Spray a square baking dish to grease it and pour mixture into the dish.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set in the middle.
  6. Serve with toppings as desired.
