Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 small bananas, mashed
- 1 cup favorite milk or milk alternative
- 2 servings favorite protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbls. cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3-4 Tbls. date syrup
- pinch sea salt
- mini chocolate chips for topping
- Optional toppings: homemade whipped cream, plain yogurt, unsweetened coconut flakes, berries
Directions
- Preheat. Set oven to 350F.
- In a blender, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Alternatively, can whisk by hand for a slightly more chewy texture.
- Spray a square baking dish to grease it and pour mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set in the middle.
- Serve with toppings as desired.
